General description of the residence
Residence from the 70s, quiet and sunny composed of 4 floors, offering very beautiful views. Free uncovered communal parking below the residence but with no direct access. Access to the building is via stairs. The slopes are about 200 metres away and shopping facilities are close (sports shops and convenience store).
Partially renovated studio of approximately 21m², located in a residence in Plan Peisey, about 200 metres from the slopes.
Rented for 2 to 4 people, it consists of an entrance with a sleeping area separated from the living room by a curtain including 2 bunk beds, a shower room with toilet, a kitchenette opening onto a living room with a convertible sofa for 2 people.
The apartment is south-facing and has a balcony so you can fully enjoy your stay.
Facilities: Refrigerator, microwave, electric hot plates. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Bedding: 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 convertible sofa.
Sanitary: 1 shower room with WC.
Public outdoor parking free nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an extra charge. You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment, and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean, the beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the repositioning of the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
