General description of the residence
The residence is a building from the 70s located at the bottom of the road, near the departure of the ski lifts, at an altitude of 1650 m in the Plan-Peisey resort.
The ski slopes are located just 100 metres away and within a 300 metre radius you will find the resort centre, the ski school, and shopping facilities.
Beautiful studio cabin renovated in 2020 with a nice South view of the mountains.
It consists of a living room with a foldable double bed, a kitchenette, a closed cabin with 2 bunk beds.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, conventional oven, microwave, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, toaster. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 foldable double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children only from 6 years old)
Sanitary facilities: one bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bathroom towels can be ordered at an extra cost. You have the option to book your lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds left clean; beds must be properly stripped with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the repositioning of furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge of €300 for odour cleaning of all fabrics.
