General description of the residence
Large two-room apartment with mountain area – Œillet Residence – Les Mazots
This 35 m² completely new and renovated apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It consists of a living room with a large flat screen, a bedroom with a double bed and a mountain area with two bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined oven, two induction hobs, a dishwasher and a refrigerator, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease.
You will also benefit from a shower room with WC and equipped with a towel dryer, a ski locker (on the ground floor of the residence), as well as outdoor parking. Heating and hot water production are provided by individual electric systems.
The apartment is located in a co-ownership with large green spaces just a short walk from the dynamic resort centre of Carroz (ice rink, shops, restaurants…) and about 1,000 metres from the ski slopes. Situated on the 4th floor accessible by lift (entrance B), it has a south-west facing balcony offering a pleasant unobstructed view of the mountains including Pointe d'Areu. The ski bus stop is located in front of the co-ownership to take you to the foot of the slopes in a few minutes.
Additional services:
Towels (10 € per kit), bedding (23 € per bed; included for stays from December to April, excluding short stays) as well as baby equipment (20 € per week).
Also enjoy discounts of up to 35% on your ski passes and the rental of your equipment (upon reservation with the agency prior to your stay).
