The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a public parking near by.

Apartment of 23 m² situated on the ground floor in a residence in Vallandry, only 50 metres from the slopes and the shops. Close to the centre of Vallandry, you will not have to use your vehicle to go to the cinema, restaurant or shops.
Rented for 4 people, this apartment consists of a small bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with separate WC.
The apartment is west-facing and opens onto a sunny balcony that will allow you to fully enjoy a beautiful view of the entire valley.

Facilities: Refrigerator, microwave, electric hobs, dishwasher. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed (140cm), 1 sofa bed.
Sanitary: one bathroom with bath and separate WC.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.

Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bathroom towels can be ordered for an additional charge. You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment, and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid on your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. The beds must be properly unmade with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in charges deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for repositioning the furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
