General description of the residence
Small residence from the 2000s, quiet and sunny, with 4 floors without elevator, located 5 minutes on foot from the slopes. Ski return is possible for experienced skiers and there are parking spaces along the road, below the residence (communal and free).
***Rated apartment of 80m², spacious and comfortable facing south and west.
Under the roofs, in a small residence located 200m from the slopes and shops, this fully renovated apartment is rented for 8 people without beds in the living room.
It consists of an entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds and 2 single beds, a shower room and a bathroom, two separate WCs of which one is located in the laundry room.
The fitted kitchen is open to a large living room that leads to two south and west-facing balconies offering an exceptional view of the valley.
The living room is large and bright and has a closed fireplace.
You have the option to reserve a closed garage in the residence for an additional fee.
The little extra: Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays).
Equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hobs. DVD Television. Fireplace (wood not provided). Washing machine. Free WIFI.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds, 2 sets of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from age 6), 2 single beds.
Sanitary: a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower room and 2 separate WCs.
Practical: You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds left clean. Beds must be properly undone with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a fee charged against the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for the restoration of the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charging for odour €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
