The area:


25 chalets high comfort at 1650 m altitude, near the forest. The chalet lot is between 2 ski slopes leading to chairlifts, ski scholl and kinder garden.


The area is pedestrian. There is a service to help with the luggage by quad.


All the chalets are in a quiet environment and a wonderfull view.


The center of Vallandry is at 300-500 m by pedestrian path. There is a shuttle bus service between the chalet lot and the center all the day during the winter season.

145sqm chalet (+ 7 under the roof) spread on 3 levels + 3 balconies.


12 sleeps, 5 bedrooms (sleeping 2 people each) 3 bathrooms.

Ground floor: 3 bedrooms for 2 people each, 1 bathroom with a bath, 1 with a shower. 1 Separated toilet. 1 laundry with a washing machine.


1st floor: Hallway entrance with wardrobe, toilet + sink. Ski locker.


Living room wiht 2 sofa. television. DVD player, satellite antenna (dutch channels only). Chimney. Dining area. Open kitchen with 4 ceramic plates, micro-waves, oven, fridge, dishwasher, perculator and kettle.

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms under the roof with 2 single beds each.  french window accessing to the balcony. Bathroom with a shower, separated toilet.


Renting conditions :


30% for the booking. Balance to be paid one month before arrival, to the booking office.


tourist tax 1 € per person over 18 years old and per night.

IN WINTER : Bed linen included . Beds are maid at your arrival.


End of stay cleaning included exept kitchen.


IN SUMMER : Bed linen & end of stay cleaning NOT included ( 12 € per pers; for sheets booked at the reception )

Pets allowed : 35 € per week ( to be paid at the desk)


Wood for the fire place : 13 € per bag.
