The apartments distributed Labellemontagne are located near the slopes, lifts and the centre of the resort of Saint-François Longchamp (from 0 to 500 meters maximum). The resort is located in the heart of the Maurienne Valley at 1650m altitude. The apartments, well equipped and comfortable, are spread over several residences.
The residence Les Balcons du Soleil 3* is located on the heights of the Saint-François Longchamp resort. It is half a mile from the resort and shops (free shuttle at the foot of the residence). A shopping mall is 200 metres away. A chairlift (for experienced skiers) nearby will allow you to reach the ski area.
The residence consists of three 5 or 6-storey chalets (with elevator) where pleasant and comfortable apartments with balconies are distributed.
