Departure and return on skis: this residence, located less than 5 minutes on foot from the shops and on the edge of the slopes, offers quality apartments with very beautiful views. Access is by car to unload luggage and there is a free covered communal parking area less than 100 metres away. The ground floor entrance is accessible to people with reduced mobility as it leads directly to the lifts.
Please note that the lifts do not serve certain floors and it is necessary to take the stairs for some apartments (please contact us).

Quality Duplex apartment of approximately 42m2, fully renovated, on the 4th floor of a residence with a lift offering direct access to the slopes.
It is composed of a living room with an American kitchen, opening onto a large balcony offering a south/east view, a shower room with a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a sleeping area with bunk beds and two bedrooms with double beds. Please note that the ceiling height on the floor is less than 1.80m.

Facilities: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso, ceramic hob, TV, docking station, roller shutter, WIFI. Rented with a ski locker.

Bed arrangements: 2 double beds and 1 set of bunk beds (for children only).

Sanitary: one shower room with a separate toilet.
Public free outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bathroom towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the option to book your ski passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit will need to be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to adhere to these instructions will result in charges deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for reassembling the furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour for cleaning all fabrics.
