Departure and return ski-in ski-out: this residence, located less than 5 minutes on foot from the shops and on the edge of the slopes, offers quality apartments with very nice views. Access is by car to unload luggage and there is a free covered communal car park less than 100 metres away. The entrance at level 0 is accessible for people with reduced mobility as it leads directly to the lifts.
Note that the lifts do not serve certain floors and it is necessary to take the stairs for certain apartments (contact us).

Quality Duplex apartment of approximately 42m2, fully renovated, on the 4th floor of a residence with lift providing direct access to the slopes.
It consists of a living room with American kitchen, leading to a large balcony offering a south/east view, a shower room with separate WC.
Upstairs, a sleeping area with bunk beds and two rooms with double beds. Note that the ceiling height of the upper floor is less than 1.80m.

Facilities: Fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso, vitro plate, TV, docking station, roller shutter, WIFI. Rented with a ski locker.

Sleeping: 2 double beds and 1 set of bunk beds (for children only).

Sanitary: one shower room with separate WC.
Public outdoor parking free nearby. No reservation possible.

Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: furniture must never be moved. Fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be properly undone with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to follow these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 for each missing protector, €300 for reinstating the furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour for cleaning all fabrics.
