General rental conditions :

Animals not allowed.


End of stay cleaning included during the winter season, 130€ during the summer season


Bed linen non provided (renting possible) 13€ for single bed and 17€ for double bed, towels kits at 10€


Tourist tax 1.00 € / night / pers. over the age of 18.


30% required for the 1st down payment.


The balance is to be  be paid one month before arrival.


Security deposit : 500 €.
