General description of the residence
Residence built in 2020 with covered parking. Located 350m from the slopes and shops, the West-facing apartments are very sunny and benefit from a beautiful view of the valley.
5-storey residence with 2 lifts.
Apartment of 125m² with a private parking space, located on the 3rd level of building A, in a recent residence approximately 350 metres from the shopping centre and the Vallandry chairlift.
This high-end duplex apartment is rented for 10 people. On the living level, it consists of a bedroom with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom and 1 separate toilet with washing machine and dryer, fitted kitchen open to the living room leading to a West-facing terrace. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and shower room + balcony access, a bedroom with 4 single beds and a bedroom with 1 double bed and balcony access, a shower room with toilet,
The little extra: Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding short stays).
Facilities: Dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave. Kettle, coffee machine, TV. Washing machine/dryer.

You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved in any case. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for putting the furniture back in place.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge of €300 for cleaning all fabrics due to odour.
