General description of the residence
Residence both close to the slopes (30 metres) and the centre of Vallandy, consisting of 74 apartments and 5 floors. The apartments on upper floors and facing west enjoy a very beautiful unobstructed view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a communal parking nearby.
Apartment of 22 m² located on the 2nd floor with lift in a residence in Vallandry, just 50 metres from the slopes and shops. Close to the centre of Vallandry, you will not need to use your vehicle to go to the cinema, restaurant or shops.
Rented for 4 people, this apartment consists of a small bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a convertible sofa, a kitchenette and a shower room with separate WC.
The apartment is facing West and has a balcony which will allow you to fully enjoy a beautiful view over the whole valley.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, mini-oven, induction hobs. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed (140cm), 1 convertible sofa
Sanitary: shower room with separate WC
Public outdoor parking free nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the option to book your lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by bank card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without the deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean, the beds must be properly undone with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to follow these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for rearranging the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
