General description of the residence
Residence both close to the slopes (30 metres) and the centre of Vallandy, consisting of 74 apartments and 5 floors. The apartments on upper floors and west-facing enjoy a very beautiful open view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a public parking nearby.
Apartment of 44m², located on the 2nd floor with lift in a residence 50 metres from the slopes and shops. Close to the centre of Vallandry, you will not have to use your vehicle to go to the cinema, restaurant or shops.
Rented for 6 people, this apartment consists of one bedroom equipped with a double bed with direct access to the balcony, a second room with 2 single beds and its own shower room, an open kitchen overlooking the living room with a convertible sofa, a second shower room and a dining area.
The apartment is west-facing with a furnished balcony from where you can enjoy a pleasant view of the valley.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, induction hobs.
Attention: no TV in this apartment
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 1 convertible sofa, 2 single beds
Sanitary: 2 shower rooms with 1 separate toilet
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for 7-night stays in winter (excludes summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You have the option to book your ski passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean, the beds must be correctly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for the rearrangement of furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour for cleaning of all fabrics.
