General description of the residence
Residence both close to the slopes (30 metres) and the centre of Vallandy, consisting of 74 apartments and 5 floors. The west-facing floor apartments enjoy a very beautiful open view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is public parking nearby.
Apartment of approximately 22m², located on the 4th floor in a residence with a lift located approximately 50 metres from the slopes and close to shops.
This includes a living room with a sofa bed, a fitted kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet, an east-facing balcony.
Equipment: Refrigerator, oven, electric plates. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 1 set of pull-out beds.
Sanitary facilities: one bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an extra charge. You have the option to book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be issued without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress covers must not be removed from the beds and left clean. Beds must be properly undone with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress cover, €300 for repositioning the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
