General description of the residence
Departing and returning on skis: this residence, located less than 5 minutes on foot from the shopping facilities and at the edge of the slopes, offers quality apartments with stunning views. Access is by car to unload luggage, and there is a free public covered parking area less than 100 metres away. The level 0 entrance is accessible for persons with reduced mobility as it leads directly to the lifts.
Please note that the lifts do not serve certain floors and it is necessary to take the stairs to reach some apartments (please contact us).
Apartment of 24m², located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift providing direct access to the slopes.
Rented for 4 people, it consists of a small cabin with 3 bunk beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate WC, an open-plan kitchen leading to a living room with a dining area and a lounge corner equipped with a sofa bed accommodating two persons.
The apartment faces South and has a furnished balcony (table + chairs)
Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, vitroceramic hobs. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid WIFI available from the agency upon reservation.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double sofa bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years onwards)
Sanitary facilities: one bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for 7-night stays in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an extra charge. You have the option to pre-book your ski passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the pre-booked services upon your arrival at the agency.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will incur a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for reassembling the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: a charge of €300 will apply for odour removal cleaning of all fabrics.
