General description of the residence
Departure and return ski-in ski-out: this residence, located less than 5 minutes on foot from the shops and on the edge of the slopes, offers quality apartments with very beautiful views. Access is by car to unload luggage and there is a free covered communal car park less than 100 metres away. The level 0 entrance is accessible for persons with reduced mobility as it leads directly to the lifts.
Please note the lifts do not serve certain floors and it is necessary to take the stairs for some apartments (please contact us).
Quality Duplex apartment of 42m², partially renovated, on the 4th floor of a residence with lift providing direct access to the slopes.
It consists of a living room with 1 single sofa bed and American kitchen, opening onto a balcony facing south/east, a bathroom with separate WC.
Upstairs, a toilet room, a bedroom with 3 single beds and a bedroom with 1 double bed.
Please note the ceiling height on the upper floor is less than 1.80m.
Facilities: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, TV.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 3 single beds and 1 single sofa bed.
Sanitary facilities: one bathroom with 2 separate WCs.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an extra charge. You have the option to book your ski passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly made with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will incur a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for moving furniture back in place.
NON-SMOKING Apartment: €300 charge for odour for cleaning all fabrics.
