Departure and return on skis: this residence, located less than 5 minutes on foot from shops and on the edge of the slopes, offers quality apartments with very nice views. Access is by car to unload luggage and there is free covered public parking less than 100 metres away. The entrance at level 0 is accessible to people with reduced mobility as it leads directly to the lifts.
Note that the lifts do not serve some floors and it is necessary to take the stairs for certain apartments (please contact us).

Located in a residence with a lift offering direct access to the slopes, this duplex apartment of approximately 42m2 consists of an entrance, a bathroom with separate toilet, a living room with kitchen area and lounge area (sofa bed) opening onto a south/east-facing balcony, and on the upper floor a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping area with 3 single beds (separation by curtain).
This apartment allows departure and return on skis.

Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric hob. Television, rented with a ski locker.

Bedding: 1 double bed, 3 single beds, 1 convertible sofa.

Sanitary: one bathroom with separate toilet
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No booking possible.
The ceiling height of this apartment is less than 1.80m on the upper floor.

Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an additional charge. You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment, and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean. Beds must be properly stripped, with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the reinstatement of furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning all textiles.
