General description of the residence
Residence built in 2020 with covered parking. Located 350m from the slopes and shops, the west-facing apartments are very sunny and benefit from a very beautiful view of the valley.
5-storey residence with 2 lifts.
Apartment of 65m² with a private parking space, located in a recent residence approximately 350 metres from the shopping centre and the Vallandry chairlift.
This high-end apartment is rented for 6/7 people. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with toilet, and a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed, a bathroom, 1 separate toilet and a fitted kitchen open to the living room with a convertible sofa leading to a large terrace facing west with a very beautiful view of our mountains and valley.
The little extra: Bed linen and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights (excluding short stays).
Facilities: Dishwasher, fridge freezer, combi oven, induction hobs, washing machine, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle. WIFI.
1 large terrace.
Rented with 1 parking space in the residence + plug to charge electric vehicle.
Rented with a ski locker.
Bedding: 1 double bed, 1 convertible sofa, 2 bunk beds, 1 single bed.
Sanitary: 1 shower room with toilet, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet
Practical: You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit will need to be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the feet of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for resetting the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
