A deposit must be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.

INFORMATION: Furniture should in no case be moved. The fabric mattress protectors should not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be properly undone with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the repositioning of furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
