General description of the residence
Residence built in 2020 with covered parking. Located 350m from the slopes and shops, the west-facing apartments are very sunny and have a beautiful view of the valley.
Residence of 5 floors with 2 lifts.
Beautiful apartment of 71m², with a private parking space, located in a new residence approximately 350 metres from the shopping centre and the Vallandry chairlift.
This high-end apartment is rented for 6 people. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed with a private balcony and shower room with WC, one bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds, one bathroom with WC and an equipped kitchen opening onto the living room leading to a west-facing balcony with a beautiful view of our mountains and valley.
The little extra: Bedding and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter/summer (Excluding short stays).
Equipment: Dishwasher, fridge freezer, traditional oven, microwave, ceramic hobs, washing machine/dryer.
2 large balconies.
Rented with 1 parking space in the residence.
Rented with a ski locker including a boot dryer.
Wi-Fi box in the apartment.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 2 x 2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old).
Sanitary: 1 shower room with WC, 1 bathroom, 1 independent WC.
Practical: You have the possibility to book your ski lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services on your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid on your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be properly stripped with the quilts folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the repositioning of furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for smell of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
