General description of the residence
Residence both close to the slopes (30 metres) and the centre of Vallandy, consisting of 74 apartments and 5 floors. The west-facing apartments on the higher floors enjoy a very beautiful unobstructed view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a communal parking lot in immediate proximity.
Apartment of 27 m² rated 2 * and 2 Paradiski crystals, located in a residence with a lift, close to the slopes and shops. Located in the heart of Vallandry, you will not need to use your vehicle to get to the cinema, the restaurant or the shops. Rented for 4/5 people, this apartment consists of an entrance with two bunk beds, a living room with convertible sofa and kitchenette, a bedroom with a set of bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and separate wc.
The balcony provides direct access to the path leading to the chairlift.
The apartment is east-facing.
Facilities: Refrigerator, mini oven, microwave, electric plates. Television.
Rented with a ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.
Bedding: 2 sets of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 convertible sofa.
Sanitary: One bathroom with shower and separate WC
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Convenient: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You have the option to book your ski passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for repositioning the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charging for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
