General description of the residence
Residence both close to the slopes (30 metres) and the centre of Vallandy, consisting of 74 apartments and 5 floors. The west-facing apartments on the floors enjoy a very beautiful unobstructed view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a communal parking nearby..
Apartment classified ** and 2 crystals paradiski, 22 m² located on the 3rd floor with a lift in a residence in Vallandry only 50 metres from the slopes and shops. Close to the centre of Vallandry, you will not need to use your vehicle to get to the cinema, restaurant or shops.
Rented for 4 people, this apartment consists of a set of bunk beds in the entrance that leads to the kitchen and living area, a bedroom equipped with a double bed, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
The apartment is west-facing and has a balcony that will allow you to fully enjoy a beautiful view of the whole valley.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven-hood, vitroceramic plates. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed 140cm, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years), a set of pull-out beds.
Sanitary facilities: a bathroom with bath and separate toilet
Public outdoor parking free nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You have the possibility to book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: the furniture must under no circumstances be moved. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean, the beds must be properly undone with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for the reassembly of the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: a charge of €300 for cleaning all the fabrics will be applied for odour.
