General description of the residence
Residence both close to the slopes (30 metres) and the centre of Vallandy, consisting of 74 apartments and 5 floors. The apartments on the upper floors with west exposure enjoy a very nice open view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a communal parking nearby.
Triplex classified of approximately 40 m², located on the 4th floor with lift in a residence close to the slopes and shops. In the heart of Vallandry, you will not have to use your vehicle to go to the cinema, the restaurant or the shops.
Rented for 5 people, this apartment consists of a living room with a convertible sofa with access to the west-facing balcony offering a beautiful open view of the valley, a kitchenette and a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
Upstairs, there is a set of bunk beds and a double bed separated by a curtain.
On the mezzanine there is a single bed (mattress and base on the floor).
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, electric plates. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 single bed (mattress + base placed on the floor).
Sanitary facilities: a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Bed sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an extra charge. You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric bed covers must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing cover, €300 for the rearrangement of the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour for cleaning of all fabrics.
