General description of the residence
Residence both close to the slopes (30 metres) and the centre of Vallandy, consisting of 74 apartments and 5 floors. The west-facing apartments on the floors enjoy a very nice unobstructed view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is public parking nearby.
In a residence with a lift located approximately 50 metres from the slopes and close to shops, we offer a renovated apartment of 27m2 facing North/East, on the 4th floor with balcony: view of Mont Blanc.
It includes a living room with a convertible sofa, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed 140cm, a sleeping area in the entrance with two bunk beds, a bathroom with bath and separate toilets.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, induction hobs. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 convertible sofa, 1 double bed in 140, 2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old).
Sanitary facilities: one bathroom with bath and separate toilets.
Public outdoor parking free nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean, the beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in charges deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the repositioning of furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
