General description of the residence
Residence both close to the slopes (30 metres) and the centre of Vallandy, consisting of 74 apartments and 5 floors. The apartments on the upper floors and facing west enjoy a very beautiful unobstructed view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a public parking area nearby.
Duplex of approximately 40 m², located on the 5th floor with lift in a residence close to the slopes and shops. In the heart of Vallandry, you do not have to use your vehicle to get to the cinema, restaurant or shops.
Rented for 5 people, this apartment consists of a living room with a pull-out sofa open onto an east-facing balcony offering a beautiful view of the slopes, a small bedroom with bunk beds, a kitchenette and a shower room with separate wc.
Upstairs, there is a double bed, a bathroom with a small bathtub and separate wc.
Facilities: Dishwasher, Washing machine, refrigerator, oven, electric hobs. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Bedding: 1 double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 pull-out sofa.
Sanitary facilities: one shower room, one bathroom with a small bathtub and 2 separate wc.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Possibility to rent a garage nearby for an additional charge subject to availability.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an additional charge. You have the possibility to book your ski pass, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be properly dismantled with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for repositioning the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour cleaning of all fabrics.
