General description of the residence
Residence both close to the slopes (30 metres) and the centre of Vallandy, consisting of 56 apartments and 4 floors. The apartments on the upper floors facing west enjoy a very nice open view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a communal parking nearby.
Standard apartment of 27 m² located on the 1st floor with lift in a residence close to the slopes and shops. Located in the heart of Vallandry, you will not need to use your vehicle to get to the cinema, restaurant or shops.
Rented for 4/5 people, this apartment consists of an entrance with two bunk beds, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
The apartment is east-facing.
Facilities: Refrigerator, microwave, electric plates. Television.
Rented with a ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency on reservation.
Beddings: 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old).
Sanitary: one bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet
Public outdoor parking free nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You have the possibility to book your ski passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean. Beds must be properly undone with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will be charged against the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for reassembling the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charging for odour of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
