The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a communal parking area in immediate proximity.

Apartment of approximately 22 m², located on the 3rd floor with lift in a residence in Vallandry just 50 metres from the slopes and shops. Close to the centre of Vallandry, you will not need to use your vehicle to go to the cinema, restaurant or shopping facilities.
Rented for 4 people, this apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed of 140cm, a living room with a sofa (duo bed), a kitchenette and a bathroom with separate toilets. The apartment also has a balcony facing East.

Equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric hobs. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.

Sleeps: 1 double bed of 140cm, 1 comb sofa bed.
Sanitary: one bathroom with separate toilets.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment, and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean, beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for restoring the furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
