Pleasant apartment of 32m² located in a residence in the heart of Vallandry. Rented for 5 people, it consists of an entry, a sleeping area with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate wc, a kitchen area leading to a living room with a sofa and pull-down bed.
The apartment faces South and has a balcony.

Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, mini-oven, microwave, induction plates. Kettle, Television.
Rented with a ski locker.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 pull-down bed in the living room.

Sanitary: 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate wc.
Public outdoor parking free nearby. No reservation possible.

Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an extra charge. You have the possibility to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the booked services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric protectors must not be removed and left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for the repositioning of furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
