Departure and return with skis on: this residence, located less than 5 minutes on foot from the shops and at the edge of the slopes offers quality apartments with very nice views. Access is by car to unload luggage and there is a free covered public parking less than 100 metres away. The level 0 entrance is accessible to people with reduced mobility as it leads directly to the lifts.
Please note the lifts do not serve certain floors and it is necessary to take the stairs for some apartments (contact us).

Apartment of 22m², located on the 1st floor of a residence with lift offering direct access to the slopes. Ideal for a family with young children.
Rented for 4 people, it consists of a blind alcove with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC, an open kitchen onto a living room with dining area and lounge area equipped with a convertible sofa for two people.
The apartment is facing North and has a balcony with views of the slopes and Mont Blanc.

Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric hot plates. Television. Rented with a ski locker.

Bedding: 1 double convertible sofa, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)

Sanitary facilities: one bathroom with bathtub and separate WC
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an additional cost. You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit will need to be paid upon arrival by bank card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be properly made with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the repositioning of furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: charge of €300 for odour for the cleaning of all textiles.
