ARCS 1800 - Residence : Le St Bernard. Beautiful 3 rooms, ski in ski out, facing west, with a fantastic view over the Mont Blanc, at garden level. Composed of 60 apartments, the residence is located in a quiet environment and benefits from a breathtaking panorama. At the edge of the ski trail, it provides a ski in ski out access.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located in the village of Chantel, a quiet area and a few minutes from the Charvet/Villards resort centre, the ESF and its shops with free inter-station shuttles and the Dahu cable car.
Solarium swimming pool in the nearby Iseran residence.

Towels are not included, but available for rental (to check with the agency).

The Arc 1800 ski resort is made up of four districts: Charmettoger, Le Chantel, Les Villards and Le Charvet.

The Residence Le Roselend is located in the Chantel district . There you will find a food store, a ski shop and two restaurants (open in season).

Within the residence, you will enjoy an indoor swimming pool (heated, open from 07/06 to 08/31), a sauna and a hammam.

You will find yourself a 10-minute walk (via a pedestrian path) from the center of the resort and the maeva Home agency where you will be welcomed by our team of smile generators.

You will also be a 5-minute walk from the Résidence les Alpages de Chantel, located in the same area, where you will have access (free) to a cardio-training room and the Deep Nature spa (at an additional cost).

Staying at Roselend will allow you to combine mountains and well-being in an exceptional environment.

The Pierra Menta Residence is located in the village of Charvet, near the “Les Belles Challes” residence and 200 meters from the “Vagère” chairlift.

The Charvet covered parking lot (additional costs) is available 70 meters from the residence, as is the shuttle stop.
These are free and run every 20 minutes in winter and every hour in summer.

The building is located close to all amenities: bars and restaurants and shops are easily accessible on foot.

The Tourist Office and the medical office are 70 meters away. The nearest mini market is 50 meters away.
