The Choucas residence is located in the heart of le Paquebot des Neiges and offers a North and a South exposure.
The residence "skis with feet" is composed of several floors.
For your convenience, a free outdoor parking and an extra charged covered parking are available. All the shops and the telemetro station are on level G of the residence; a free resort shuttle is accessible on the ground floor.

Located at the entrance of Plagne Aime 2000 and offering a magnificent Mont Blanc view, the residence "Les Hauts Bois" is located near the slopes and is 210 meters from all shops.
Its 10 floors with wooded decoration are accessible by elevator (level 1 to 9) and by staircase (level 10). Two car parks, one inside and one outside are available.
The residence offers free access to ski lockers, heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and fitness room. A sports shop and a extra charged spa are also available. CARREFUL : the relaxation areas are not available during the last week of the winter season.

Everything is within easy reach: ski-in ski-out departures and returns, shops accessible via the interior gallery. Ideal for family holidays where everyone can find what they are looking for. Plagne Center is accessible free of charge via the Télémétro cabin in just a few minutes.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:
25m2 cabin studio for 4 people located on the 13th floor of the residence with elevator.

- A living room with a large corner sofa bed, and a trundle bed: you can therefore choose to make 2 separate beds (80x190) or bring the beds together to make a large double bed. The shepherd's table allows you to eat comfortably for 4 people, and save space by folding it, for warm evenings in the living room, equipped with a television
- The kitchen located in the entrance to the apartment, is fully equipped with 2 electric hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave grill, mini-oven, coffee maker, toaster, crepe maker and raclette maker
- The cabin room is equipped with 2 single beds (2 people - 80x190), including one on the mezzanine which is not suitable for a child under 6 years old
- The bathroom with shower and toilet included

- Ski locker at the piste exit
- Free overhead parking approximately 100 meters from the residence accessible by an elevator

The apartment has a surface area of approximately 38 m², facing south-east, it has 2 rooms + a cabin bedroom that can accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment is located in a very good standing ski-in ski-out residence, featuring a heated indoor swimming pool, with mountain views, sauna, hammam, gym and wellness area. Access to these infrastructures is included, only the treatments offered are additional.
The bright living room with a balcony offering a magnificent view over the entire La Plagne resort is equipped with a sofa convertible into a double bed and a TV. The woodwork and the freestone wall give the apartment an authentic mountain character.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped, with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee makers (Nespresso and filter), ceramic hob, combined microwave oven and raclette grill.
The master bedroom is equipped with a 160cm double bed.
The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together.
The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet and a shower room with a shower cabin in the master bedroom.
The apartment is rented with a ski locker (direct access to the slopes) and a covered parking space, in the basement of the residence, with lift access.

Les Hauts Bois is a recent, very good standing residence located in Plagne Aime 2000. An exit from the ninth floor allows you to reach in 200m the residence "Le paquebot" and its shopping mall including all the shops, restaurants and necessary services. Plagne Aime 2000 is connected to Plagne Center in a few minutes by the “Telemetro” cable car.
