Les Balcons de la Vanoise 3* residence is located in the Termignon la Vanoise station. Situated on the snow front, it is around 100m away from the la Girarde cable cares and around 200m away from shops and restaurants. The ESF is at the foot of the residence.

Constructed in 2005, the residence is composed of 3 large chalets, featuring a traditional roof, covered in slate stones. The apartments are newly refurbished, comfortable and well equipped with a balcony or terrace. Certain apartments have a view of the slopes.
