    The residence is situated on Tilia Street, close to the parking areas, which makes arrivals and departures convenient and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Slightly set back from the main street of the Falaise area, it enjoys a peaceful environment while still providing easy access to the shops. The neighborhood has all the necessary amenities for a successful stay, and the center of Avoriaz is reachable in just 5 minutes.
    Skiing departure allows for easy access to various sectors of the Portes du Soleil ski area. The ESF departure point in the Plateau area is also easily accessible within a few minutes.

    Located in the Crozats district which dominates the Avoriaz station and offers a panoramic view of the around mountains and the Morzine valley, the Alpages 2 residence is slowly overlooking the station while offering direct access to the Avoriaz center.
    The residence is enjoying an exceptional quiet situation while being a stone's throw from the center of the station. Escalators allow you to reach the main street of Avoriaz in a few minutes to take advantage of its entertainment and shops.
    The Alpages 2 residence is made up of 130 apartments, bright and west oriented. They offer spectacular sunsets on the valley.
    The Crozats district allows you to quickly reach all the different sectors of the Portes du Soleil ski area. A track facilitates the ski return to the feet directly in front of the residence.
