This 4-star apartment is located on the ground floor of Building A in Pistes du Soleil, Chinaillon, in the Grand-Bornand commune. It features a large terrace sheltered from the wind by a tall hedge, facing south with views of the ski slopes and mountains. The apartment is heated with underfloor heating and electric convectors in each room.

The apartment measures 100m² and accommodates nine people in four bedrooms: three with two single beds each, and one with a single bed plus a bunk bed. It includes two shower rooms, one bathroom, and three toilets.

The main living area is a large open space combining a kitchen corner, dining area, and lounge. The dining area is equipped to seat up to 16 people.

This apartment is in a brand new chalet appartment complex called Les Refuge des Outalays built about 8 yrs ago in the Chinaillon, 6km away from the Grand Bornand. It is built in the local traditional style and is well situated. Acces to the Outalays piste is just across the road (50-100m). This piste leads down to the new high speed Charmieux chair lift (ex Gettiers) which is also where kid's area is located as well as where the main ESF lessons depart. The main street with all of the shops and restaurants, is only a short 10 min walk away. The free ski bus service runs on the main road a little below the apartment.
This 61m² apartment sleeps up to 5-6 in 3 bedrooms (1 double, a single room and another with a set of bunks) together with a mezzanine area where there's a foldout double bed which can either be a play area of an extra bedroom). There is a bathroom and a shower room as well as an independent toilet. There is a small washer/dryer combi in the bathroom. The living area is open plan with the kitchen, dining room and lounge.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, a dishwasher
and has all the necessary cutlery, glasses etc.. for 6 people+ with a nice sized dining table.
The lounge is comfortable and has large bay windows that open out onto a wraparound balcony of 20m² which offers commanding views onto the surounding mountains and has a large outdoor table and chairs.
You have a flat screen television. Sheets and towels are provided for each let. Cots and high chairs are available on request. Wifi internet available on request. The apartment has a private garage!
