Chalet La P'tite Anfianne is 4/5 kilometres from Le Grand Bornand and just 5 minutes from Chinaillon and the ski slopes, making it very central! The views from the chalet are magnificent, particularly on the famous Aravis mountain range! The nearest ski bus stop is 50m away, so getting to the slopes is easy.
This beautiful chalet sleeps up to 10 people and is 104m² in size! The living area is very spacious and includes the kitchen, lounge and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven and induction hob!
The chalet has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and the fourth with 2 bunk beds. Linen and towels are provided.
There are two bathrooms. The first has a shower tray, sink and WC, and the second has a bath/shower and sink. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. There is a large balcony with a view of the Aravis range and the mountains.
Household linen is included in the rental price (sheets, towels, tea towels + beds made).

This chalet can accommodate up to 10 people. It has been completely renovated.
The chalet is located on the slopes in winter (green serpentine slope) and close to the ESF meeting point. In the summer, it is ideally located to take advantage of the hiking trails that start in the vicinity of the chalet, while enjoying the peace and quiet and the wide open spaces that the mountain offers.

The chalet is on 3 floors.
On the ground floor there is a large ski room with a boot warmer and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The entrance to the chalet can be made on the first floor and you arrive in a large hallway which then leads to the living room and 3 bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and toilets, and one bedroom with a bunk bed which also has a shower.
The kitchen is open to a large living room with a fireplace and a balcony and to a dining room typical of Savoyard chalets.

The top floor has a large living room, with a fireplace, table football and billiards. A playroom area is available for children with a mezzanine.
There is also a bedroom with two single beds. The last bedroom is a master suite with an open plan bathroom with shower and bath.

The chalet has a large sun terrace.
The chalet is located on the slopes. It takes about 500m to walk on the ski slopes (in the snow). The chalet has no private parking. A parking lot is located a little further away. Unfortunately we are not able to offer a service for the transport of your luggage.

Ideal choice of holiday rental in the mountains, the quiet area of ALPINA is located about 300 m from the village and shops and close to the cross-country ski slopes and ice rink.

Lovely and confortable apartment La Joyère is located just above Le Grand-Bornand, on the Route du Chinaillon, only 10 minutes walk to the town centre and 10 minutes drive to the slopes located in Le Chinaillon further up the road. This beautiful 3 bed property sleeps 7 people and is located in the "Chalet L'Everest" which used to be a hotel.
It has a large living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen with oven, microwave, large fridge etc and also includes a combi washer/dryer. The living and dining room opens onto a large South-facing balcony which gives plenty of light not to mention the fantastic views out onto the village below but also towards the stunning Aravis mountain range which are in full view!
There are three bedrooms: one double bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet and privat access to the balcony. One bedroom with three single beds, and one bedroom with twin bed. There is also a bathroom with a separate toilet.
At the foot of the chalet l'Everest is the bus stop, which allows you to take the free shuttle bus down to the village or up to Chinaillon, towards the slopes.
The rental price includes the full provision of linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats etc - beds made up) as well as a light clean at the end of your stay. We only ask that you leave it generally tidy, strip the beds, remove rubbish, empty the dishwasher etc - we'll take care of the rest.

This 50 m² flat can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its two bedrooms and its mountain area with a bunk bed, closed off by a door. The kitchen, which opens onto the lounge and dining room, is fully equipped with a dishwasher and all the crockery and cutlery required for 6 people.

Chalet Marion is a modern chalet built on three floors in the traditional style giving it a classic mountain look. It is found in the old Chinaillon village, area of the Grand Bornand resort. It is very spacious(101m²), will sleep up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, and is fully central heated with under floor heating on the main floor.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and an en suite basin. The second sleeps 2 and consists of 2 singles bed. There is also a shower room with a basin and toilet. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as substantial storage area for skis and bikes.
The first floor which forms the heart of this chalet is comprised of a large open plan room with separate areas for cooking, eating and relaxing. French windows lead out onto the South and West facing balcony at the front of the chalet with stunning views to the Aravis mountains.
The newly fitted kitchen has a high specification hob and oven,together with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. It has glasses, crockery and cutlery for 8 [hidden] dining area seats 8 people around the antique dining table.
The sitting room is furnished with a comfortable and modern leather suite. There is a TV, video/DVDplayer, a CD player as well as books and games. An internet access is [hidden] whole room is designed to really make you feel at home.
There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
On the second floor are two bedrooms, one with a South-facing balcony which has a double bed, the second has two single beds. There is also a shower room with wash-basin and a separate toilet.
