Les Carroz is a small village ski resort located in the heart of Haute-Savoie enjoying a large ski area: The Grand Massif is one of the largest ski areas between Geneva and Chamonix. The ski resort of Carroz at 1140 m is positioned as its fastest and closest entrance.
The village of Carroz ensures families a welcome and a quality stay. Here children, young and old, are pampered and pampered thanks to animations, games and adapted initiations. A renewed parade of activities orchestrated by clubs, daycares and ski schools for all ages.

This modern and cosy flat is located in a recent residence ideally situated in the centre of the resort. Set on the fourth and top floor with lift access, it features a south-east facing balcony with lovely views over the village.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 guests. It includes one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room with WC, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a living room with a double sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate WC, and an additional shower room with WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, induction hobs and fridge.
The living area offers a functional fireplace (wood not provided), television, and Wi-Fi access.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, ski locker (no. 23), and a private covered parking space (garage no. 3). Heating and hot water are provided by the building. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment sleeps up to four people. The living area includes a double sofa bed, and a separate sleeping alcove offers bunk beds (top bunk not suitable for children under 6). The bathroom includes a bathtub, and the toilet is separate.

The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and electric cooktop. A flat-screen TV is available for your entertainment, and a ski locker is included. Heating and hot water are individual and electric.
