    The “Le Borsat IV” residence is located in the highest village of Tignes ski resort, the village of Val Claret. The resort is home to one of the most beautiful ski areas in the world, Espace Killy, in the Vanoise national park which offers 300km of ski slopes and 1900m difference in altitude. The residence is ideally placed at the foot of the slopes (providing ski-in ski-out access), 100m from the EFS ski school and a 5-minute walk from the nearest shops and amenities.
    Le Borsat is comprised of 54 apartments, all of which have a balcony, and which are spread out over one building of 6 floors with lifts. In close proximity there is a water park and well-being centre, “Le Lagon”, which offers 5000 m² of aquatic fun .
