In the forest edge, the Le Hameau du Sauget Residence, consisting of small chalet buildings combining wood, stone and lauze, is in perfect harmony with nature.
Located in a hamlet it enjoys a privileged location, close to the centre of the station.
It consists of 404 apartments spread over 8 buildings of 3 to 7 floors, most of which have an elevator.
A shuttle (free for Maeva residents) connects Les Coches daily to Montchavin.
The residence is located close to many activities such as an adventure course, mini skate park, tennis courts, the possibility to practice quad, archery or climbing or canyoning.
Free public parking is available nearby (subject to availability).

La Pendule residence is located 100 meters away from the ski slopes. The shops are situated 250 meters away. The nearest car park is about 50 meters away. The north facing apartments get an amazing panorama on the valley and a view on the Mont Blanc.

The Observatoire area :
The quietest area in Les Coches, all the residences are situated 100 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The access to resort center is possible through a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
